Entrepreneur-come bar manager Paul Burrows and his experienced team were left without jobs when the Barfly in Digbeth was forced to shut last month. But they refused to let the setback drain their ambition and have launched into another venture – The Station in Kings Heath – which has undergone a major face-lift.”
