“ The event, to be held at the E57 Club, Alcester Road South in Kings Heath, takes place next Wednesday (September 16). The event will celebrate the nine promotions Birmingham have achieved since 1946 and players in attendance will include Malcolm Page, Robert Hopkins, Paul Tait, Dave Latchford, Ian Clarkson and Gil Merrick. The event will run from 8-10.30pm and costs £10 with money raised going to the BCFC Former Player’s Association.
