This is a follow on to the previous post about B-Mail’s photo for ‘ultralocal’ coverage of King’s Heath. Much as I like the fact that it’s of Highbury entrance, it’s just not representative of da Heath, so I went out and did my own interpretation on that theme.
Top photo, combo of congestion at York Road and the awesome spires atop the adjacent buildings.
Middle photo, congestion (natch) and that long view northward along the only stretch that’s got (nice) buildings fronting both sides o’ the road.
Bottom photo, no congestion, and a more open aspect.
If you have an idea about a representative KH street scene, let’s see it.
